Cancellation and Refund Policy
For Daycare
24 Hours notice. If no cancellation, you lose the day.
Boarding
If you call 2 weeks prior to your reservation, no charge.
If you cancel a week prior 50%
Anything less, you lose your money.
Daycare Late Fee
If you arrive after 9:00 a.m. $25 late fee
If you are late to pick up your pooch – after 7:00 p.m. $25.
Reservation
• Reserve your pooches visit as far in advance as possible. Space is on first come, first
served basis, so it pays to plan ahead for your baby.
