Dear Ms. Elisa,

I am so glad my parents found Club Pooche. I love it and really have a good time. Mom sent me to another day care, briefly, but she wasn't happy. You know when Mom's not happy, nobody's happy! Mom and Dad are so impressed with how nice it smells and how pretty it always looks. Personally, I love it and all my friends!

I play all day, unless its naptime or mealtime, then I go into my own villa. I've been known to rearrange the furniture but I'm trying to leave things in place. I like a nap so I can get energized so I can run and play like a terrier should. It's really fun on warm summer days, we have a pool to cool ourselves off.

The only part of the day that makes me sad is pick up time. They practically drag me out and mom says its embarrassing! I love my parents but I really love Club Pooche. I really like it when they go away and leave me for a few days. Its like being away at camp.

I also like to shop in the French Bakery. Ms. Elisa always gives me a treat. They are yummy! Now, Mom gets all of my food and treats from Club Pooche because she said I deserve the very best. I'm one lucky Norwich.

Dear Elisa,

As you know I have been bringing Savannah to Club Pooche for a while now. We use the day care twice a week and don’t know how we would live without it. Savannah has so much energy that we don’t like to leave her at home all day if we can help it.

Daycare has been a god send for us. We have a happier, healthier and more socialized dog. She now gets along with our much older dog. I never worry about her while she is at Club Pooche because I know she is cared for just like she is part of your family. All of the people at Club Pooche take the time to get to know us and Savannah and make us feel so warm and welcome. She always comes home tired and happy and so are we.

I highly recommend everyone to bring their Dog to Club Pooche for Day Care, Kennel or any of the other wonderful services you provide.

Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful environment for both myself and my pet. I would be more than happy to have anyone call me for a personal reference.

My name is Trapper and I am a 5 month old Shiba Inu. I am a playful puppy and my mom and dad wanted to get me out to meet and play with other dogs. They looked at many different doggie day care centers to find just the perfect place for a puppy like me! I am so happy they found Club Pooche! My mom knew as soon as she walked in the door and talked with Elisa that this was going to be my day care home. I was a little scared my first day, because it is always hard to meet new people, but everybody was so nice to me that it didn’t take me long to figure out how much fun I was going to have. I get so excited when I get there and can’t wait to play and see my new friends. I have even already been invited to a Birthday Party while there! The humans that take care of us are amazing and the place is so clean you wouldn’t even know all of us dogs were there!! Everything about Club Pooche is FAVOLOSO! (See I am even learning a little Italian through my European travels at Club Pooche!)

My name is Fitzwilliam. You can call me Fitz. I'm a new Club Pooche member. The main reason I'm writing this is to tell you about something that owner/operator Elisa did that I think is pretty special. She saved my human a lot of money recently. When my human told her that another veterinary hospital could charge her as much as $900 to clean my teeth, Elisa urged her to contact a veterinary hospital in Reisterstown. Elisa made the appointment for us, and Warren, her husband, took me to Reisterstown and brought me home afterwards. How's that for great service and caring! The surgery was a big success. I'm fine and I'm smiling a lot now.

Club Pooche is not only the cat's meow, it's any pooche's' bow wow. If you haven't already, sign your pooche up now. You won't regret it. I guarantee!

Thank you for making feel at home when my Mom and Dad need to be away. I am a very shy little girl and you always make me feel loved. I also enjoy playing with your puppies and being a “Mom” to them.

Dear Club Pooche,

I am a terrier puppy who wears out my owners. When they need a night out, or a weekend away, I get to come and stay with you! At Club Pooche, I feel safe and loved and can romp and rest like I need to! Everyone is happy.

Thank you for my great food, the fun toys and all my new friends at day care and boarding. The groomer, too, does a pretty good job. I don’t always like the bath, but she is so nice to me – that makes it all worthwhile. I sure do look and smell good when I’m done. Just check me out!

Dear Club Pooche,

Thank you so much for all that you have done for me. My mom called soon after she brought me home because she ended up hurting her back and knew she couldn't give me the attention I needed as a young puppy. Ms. Elisa was wonderful and had my mom bring me to meet her that same day.

As soon as my mom walked in she knew that she found a loving day care center for me. The play yard was really clean and had different agility toys for me to climb all over. I was able to have my own Villa, complete with a beautiful and comfortable bed, to eat and sleep in each day. Ms. Elisa even helped my mom find the right organic dog food for me to eat, since I had an upset belly being a little puppy and all.

My parents know that I'm in good hands when they are at work all day. Ms. Elisa even called the vet and made an appointment for me when I was ill. When Ms. Elisa isn't there I get taken care of by a wonderful and caring staff, all of whom have gone out of their way to get to know my parents (and spoil me). It's great to have all of these knowledgeable people around to help me learn how to be a good puppy. Plus, Ms. Elisa even brought in some really great dog trainers to train my mom and dad on how to teach a puppy like me!

I love going to Club Pooche every day. And my parents love that when they pick me up from Club Pooche I'm so exhausted from playing so much that I don't even chew the coffee table any more!

Elisa has had such an impact on my GoldenDoodle, Dulcinea, as well as on the rest of her family! Dulcie was raised by my daughter, and was her baby. She carried her no matter how large she grew. She dressed her, and used her as a stuffed animal to sleep with. Dulcie did not know how to play with dogs. She shied away from them, and instead greeted their people. We had her at a day-care facility since puppyhood, but this behavior did not change. She intimidation peed for dogs and humans. I was unsuccessful at changing this behavior.

Elisa evaluated Dulcie for Club Pooche attendance, and observed that Dulcie did not know how to be a dog. Teaching Dulcie the joys of dogdom has resulted in a much happier dog with resolution of behavioral issues. She romps happily with other dogs, and loves to play.

Dulcie was spayed by her breeder before 8 weeks. Elisa interpretted Dulcie's intimidation urination as trauma from surgery. Elisa explained the shame Dulcie felt when she had accidents. When the vet wanted to put her on medication for this, I therefore was willing to try it. Elisa had experience with the medicine, and offered help and reassurance in adjusting to the medicine and its regimen. Dulcie is such a happy, joyful dogly dog now. And I am so grateful to Elisa's help and friendship!

Dear Club Pooche,

We want to take this opportunity to tell everyone how much we love coming to Club Pooche in Columbia, Maryland. From the very first time we came (to get interviewed) we knew it was a special place for us. We love the Parisian atmosphere and being treated like royalty. We started coming in June when we were only 5 months old and love running around with other puppy friends. We have met some great friends both human and doggie since then. We also love the toys and ramps and going outside. It is great to take a nap in the nice soft beds. We have even been in a cool video advertisement on You Tube and Club Pooche gave us a copy of it. (All mommy's friends got to see us.) Our mommy also loves Club Pooche. She can see how clean and nice it is and the management has a lot of experience with doggie day care and are real professionals.

I hope you can come to play with us. You would love Club Pooche also.
