Dear Club Pooche,
I just wanted to take a moment to thank the entire staff for your help in raising Winston. I struggled with the decision to get a new puppy when I lost my dog after 15 great years. Having to travel for work means that any dog I own is going to have to board occasionally and every dog owner I know has at least one horror story from a kennel stay. Winston has used the daycare, boarding and grooming services and both he and I are big fans.
I could not be more pleased with the services. Club Pooche has completely changed my opinion of boarding facilities. Winston starts to get excited as soon as we are “in sight” and when I pick him up, I pick up a happy, handsome boy -- not the sad, smelly puppy I used to see at the end of boarding.
When Winston got into Halloween candy at home, Club Pooche called to let me know he was ill and after a very scary vet visit, he was on the road to recovery. And because Club Pooche has round the clock care by a great staff, I was still able to make my business trip while he was cared for. And they even understood when I called to check up on him.
I can’t say enough about the staff. Kelly, Brad, Gil and Diane treat Winston like one of the family. I get suggestions on food, training and parks he might like to visit. When I pick him up after day care they let me know who his friends are and how his day has been.
Winston is growing into a healthy and happy dog and I simply couldn’t do it without the help of Club Pooche. I can’t say enough, when you find a place this good you have to share it with others.
Thanks again,
Carol Lee and Winston

Our baby Skylos has been going Club Pooche for almost a year. This by far is the best facility I have ever seen. Prior to Club Pooche he attended another facility that was not nearly as nice. The facility was nothing like Elisa's and there was a high turnover with the
staff. I am very particular when it comes to my baby and have high expectations, Club Pooche delivers. They get to know your dog on a
one to one basis. If they think Skylos is not feeling well or acting abnormally they will call. They also send text's keeping you informed
as to early closings or such due to inclement weather. I wish I could shoot video to show you how excited Skylos gets in the morning when we
tell him he's going to "school" that morning. We are paying the same amount as we did at the facility he used to go to and it is a 45
minute drive from our house, does that tell you anything. This is Skylos' home away from home. We have never boarded him anywhere
(small steps for Mom) yet but would not hesitate to board him there as I know he would be in good hands. Most boarding facilities do not
have someone there overnight. Who would get Skylos his glass of water during the night like we do? We highly recommend Club Pooche to all
our friends with furkids.

Hi,
When John and Genie (Mom and Dad) went away I was a mess!
![[IMG] HELP!!](./images/satclient2010_Junie1.jpg)
The place they took me had no one there overnight, feed me whatever food was there and when I came home I was soiled, sick and sad.
Then Genie found Club Pooche! It is the best place ever! They have someone there every night all night long (even in the recent snow storm). They only fed me my food and even had the same food for me when I ran out (cause G & J were delayed 5 days by the storm)! They gave me my bone with peanut butter in it and even let me sleep in my carry bag where I sleep at home. You get to bring your own toys and you get them back (not like before when they got “lost”. So if your family is going away you better get them to take you to Club Pooche, get you registered and then you can feel like me when you get home.
Don’t waste any time!
- *ARF* Junie
PS They have a great groomer who will make you pretty and fluffy!
